Medical Face Mask – Disposable (Blue)
This ASTM Level 2 medical face mask is designed to resist fluid splashes at 120mm Hg while maintaining smooth breathability. These non sterile, single use, 3 ply face masks have cotton earloops and an aluminium nose piece. Their filtration layer is made from PP meltblown non woven fabric. The outer and inner layers of the mask comprise PP spunbonded non woven fabric. They are produced in a facility that is regularly audited to the international standard ISO 13485, for the manufacture of medical devices and have been registered as a Class 1 medical device on the New Zealand Medsafe database WAND. Bacterial and particle filtration efficiency, fluid resistance, breathability and flammability are tested to the American standard ASTM F2100 (Standard Specification for Performance of Materials Used in Medical Face Masks). Their microbial cleanliness is tested to the European standard EN 14683 (Medical Face Masks. Requirements and test methods). This medical face mask is available in blue and sold in cartons of 1000 (internal packaging 20 dispenser boxes of 50 face masks in each).
