Medical Face Mask (Packet) – Disposable (Blue)
This ASTM Level 2 medical face mask is designed to resist fluid splashes at 120mm Hg while maintaining smooth breathability. These non sterile, single use, 3 ply face masks have cotton earloops and an aluminium nose piece. The outer and inner layers of the mask is made from PP spunbonded non woven fabric and the filtration layer comprises PP meltblown non woven fabric. They are manufactured in a facility that is regularly audited to the international standard ISO 13 485 for medical devices and have been registered in the New Zealand database for medical devices (WAND). The American standard ASTM F2100 (Standard Specification for Performance of Materials Used in Medical Face Masks) has been used to test their bacterial and particle filtration efficiency, fluid resistance, breathability and flammability. Their microbial cleanliness is tested to the European standard EN 14683 (Medical face masks. Requirements and Test Methods). These face masks are available in blue and sold in boxes of 50.
